Returns, Refunds, and Exchange
Once we've received and reviewed your return, we'll let you know whether or not the refund was accepted. If accepted, a refund will be issued automatically using the desired payment method or your original payment method. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may need an additional seven days to complete and post the refund.
If the product has already been delivered to You, such refunds would be processed within 5-7 working days of Our receipt of the goods. If the product has not yet been delivered to You, such refunds would be processed within 5-7 working days of Our acceptance of the refund request.

Only items returned in resalable condition with their original packaging, price tags, and receipts are eligible for our return policy.
If the customer receives the wrong products (wrong style), wrong sizes (a different size than purchased), or defective products, return and replacement are free of charge. However, the business has the right to deny returns if the item has been used or handled improperly.
